AI disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-10-28
ARISENTO uses AI to assist scientists and quality staff. The following principles apply to all AI output.
- Advisory only. AI output - method drafts, review notes, summaries, answers - is a suggestion. It does not replace scientific, QC or QA judgement, and it is marked as advisory in the software.
- Decisions are made by rules and people. Run acceptance is determined by the rule engine (ICH M10 or your SOP criteria); every review step is signed by a qualified person.
- Sources are shown and checked. Where the AI refers to documents, it must quote them; quotes are verified against the stored text and unverifiable statements are removed. Even so, users must check the cited source before relying on it.
- Calculated values come from code. Masses, concentrations and statistics are computed by tested code or taken from verified databases, not generated by the language model.
- Local by default, hybrid by choice. The AI model runs on your server. A cloud AI provider is used only if your organisation configures it and QA approves it with electronic signature; every cloud request is logged and the connection can be switched off at any time.
- No medical or regulatory advice. Neither ARISENTO nor this website provides medical, legal or regulatory advice.
