Licence terms (summary)
Last updated: 2026-10-28
This page summarises the main terms of an ARISENTO licence. The signed licence agreement and order with Autofai Technologies Private Limited are binding and prevail over this summary.
1. Licence
- ARISENTO is licensed, not sold. A licence permits the licensee's organisation to install and use the software on its own servers for its internal purposes.
- The scope of a licence - modules, validity period and, where agreed, the server it is bound to - is defined in the licence agreement and order.
2. Validity, grace period and expiry
- Annual licences are valid for the agreed period; the grace period stated in the licence (up to 30 days) follows the expiry date, with full use of the system.
- After the grace period the system becomes read-only: records and the audit trail remain viewable, searchable, printable and exportable for the whole retention period. Nothing can be created, changed or signed until the licence is renewed.
- A licence may be suspended for material breach or non-payment as set out in the agreement; suspension also results in read-only access, never in deletion of data.
3. Restrictions
The licensee may not copy the software beyond the licence, share it with third parties, circumvent licence controls, or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
4. Your data
All data processed in ARISENTO belongs to the licensee and stays on the licensee's server. The licensee is responsible for its backups, user management and the validation of the system for its intended use.
5. Support and maintenance (AMC)
Updates, security fixes and technical support are provided under an annual maintenance contract as agreed in the order.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Fees, payment terms and renewal are set out in the order. ARISENTO is not sold through this website. A licence may be cancelled as provided in the agreement; fees for a delivered licence period are not refundable unless the agreement states otherwise.
7. Warranty and liability
Warranties and limitations of liability are those of the signed agreement. ARISENTO supports scientific and quality decisions; it does not replace them (see the AI disclaimer).
8. Law
Laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra - unless the agreement provides otherwise.
